Exciting news !!!!

Letheringsett Watermill has now had installed a flour separator meaning we can now produce stoneground white flour for bread making most of our wheats are organically grown so look out for the “naturally grown labels”

as of next week 22nd July we will have on the shelves two wheat flours for bread making and also White spelt,

light rye coming soon aswell as a multi seeded flour and a granary type flour
